wowie!

its been so long and so busy since the last time we put any pictures up.
it snowed alot, we had wrens first christmas here in portland with grandma margaret. we welcomed the new year in beautiful sunny arazona with grandma jean, grandpa pat, and aunt alycia. now we are back in cloudy portland getting used to the old routine. thank you all so much for all the amazing gifts for wren she loves them all. its nice to have enough toys that she forgets about some of them and we can reintroduce them as new! she gets so excited. just this last friday wren turned nine months old! in just three months she'll be 1 year old. i cant believe it! it feels like no time has passed since she was born yet shes changed so much. she no longer likes mushy baby food and really only likes foods she can pick up and feed her self that involve some chewing. nico and wren regularly share some scottish oatmeal with blueberries in the morning. as for lunch and dinner, she loves thos beans! its hard to get her to eat anything else when theres beans around. besides a little cold that got me and wren things are going quite good here. we cant wait to see you all and miss you tons!
